A University of Michigan student made a statement o더킹카지노n Facebook against U.S. President Donald Trump, and she was immediately banned.
Shaima Ahmed, an 18-year-old student at the University of Michigan, was given a 10-day ban from campus Thursday.
University of Michigan Police arrested her for failure to comply with her suspension, but the students group she was a member of decided she didn’t have to.
The group, called the University of Michigan Students for Justice in Palestine (UMJPP), is an offshoot of student group Student Action for Civil Rights at the university, according to the New York Times.
Their website features a photo of Ahmed and claims she supported terrorism during the Syrian war.
„They are part of a larger, violent, racist, anti-Semitic (and anti-Arab) movement,“ the group’s Facebook page stated.
In a statement Thursday, a statement from the University of Michigan said: „The University of Michigan will do what we can to allow Shaima to return to campus, but no student activity is permitted, whether on campus, on campus bus, or on the internet. She must be able to provide due process, and if she cannot do so, she is required to leave the campus area and be escorted by campus law enforcement to an office. She has been banned from campus for some time, but has had no contact with us since she was reported last week.“
The group has since deleted their page.
